The leaves of Moringa oleifera were dried by sun drying, hot air drying, hot air drying after greening, far-infrared drying, microwave drying and heat pump drying. The results showed that the effects of the six drying methods on the appearance and quality of Moringa oleifera leaves were significantly different. The heat pump drying method had the least impact, followed by hot air drying and sun drying. Although the heat pump drying time is relatively long, it maintains the best content of fat and polysaccharide in Moringa oleifera leaves, and also has a significant impact on other nutrients, which is the most suitable drying method for Moringa oleifera leaves.
How to dry Moringa leaf in a dehydrator?

(1) fresh Moringa leaves are sent into the microwave drying equipment cloth warehouse, carry out mechanical cloth, and Moringa leaves are spread on the conveyor belt of microwave drying equipment;
(2) the Moringa leaf after the cloth is sent to the microwave cavity of the microwave drying equipment, and the microwave is used to dry, and meanwhile, the moisture in the microwave cavity of the microwave drying equipment is discharged with a dehumidifier; to be dried to Moringa oleifera When the moisture content of the leaves is 0.5%-3%, discharging is carried out, and the discharging temperature is 45-55 °C;
